In 10 years from now (2020), Anniston will be rated by CNNmoney as one of the Top 10 Small Towns in America. Some of the distinctive features of our community are:

- Haven for cyclists and adventurists with the Chief Ladiga Trail (over 30 miles of uninterrupted trail from North Anniston to the Georgia border) and 60 miles of hiking with the Pinhoti Trail/ Mt. Cheaha nearby.
- A historic downtown business area bustling with shops, attractions, and restaurants and a unique business/industrial development in the former location of Ft. McClellan
- Nationally recognized Anniston Museum of Natural History and Longleaf Gardens
- Knox Concert Series, Music at McClellan and the Community Actors Studio Theater bringing season after season of professional quality arts and entertainment.

Why Anniston, Alabama?
My answer to you...why not Anniston. Despite the blemishes that currently exist, I have truly enjoyed living in Anniston for the past 3 years (and his family has enjoyed living in the area for over 20 years.) We love the small town feeling...getting to know our neighbors, running into friends at the Farmer's Market, raising 3 small children. We also love the access we have to Birmingham and Atlanta with anything we could possibly need just an hour or so away! Come and help make this vision a reality. Everyday we are a step closer to becoming one of America's Best Small Towns
